Job Description: The Solution Specialist is responsible for pre-sale and post-sale activities, building and maintaining the relationship between Knovos and the client, helping to market Knovos’ technology, services, and capabilities to the client, and the planning and penetration of all areas within the client's organization. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Assists with pre-sales activities including demonstration organization, creation of supporting documentation etc
  • Helps with post-sales activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, technical and consulting support, and overall account and relationship management
  • Supports the organization of company initiatives such as webinars, trade show preparation, marketing roll outs etc
  • Attends and represents Knovos at industry conferences, webinars, trade shows etc
  • Develops strong understanding of client’s business needs and goals
  • Strategically pursues new opportunities for account growth with existing clients by establishing credibility and aligning Knovos products to unmet customer needs
  • Ensures that products and services are delivered to the client’s satisfaction on time, within scope, and budget
  • Maintains the RFI/RFP Knowledge Repository
  • Assists in preparing proposals, presentations, RFI's, and RFP's etc
  • Communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducts periodic quality control audits to ensure that project operations are meeting the Knovos quality standards or the associated Service Level Agreements
  • Actively seeks and tracks client feedback on Knovos technology and services
  • Represents the voice of the client in product, service, and workflow design
  • Achieves and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the full line of software and services provided by Knovos
  • Helps clients meet their goals by effectively utilizing Knovos products and services to their complete potential
  • Responsible for achieving the highest level of client satisfaction

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
