Experience: 4-5 Years Graduation: Diploma or Graduate in IT, Computer or any stream with network certifications

Strong Basics of Networking, TCP/IP Networks
Working experience to manage day-to-day operations on network and security issues
Switching Concepts and Experience including STPs, VLANs, Stacking etc. and Real-Time Experience on Live Complex Corporate Networks
Experience in Firewall technology – NAT, PAT, Content filtering, Access rules etc.
Troubleshoots network performance issues. Analyses network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions.
Basic knowledge of Windows servers including AD, Exchange, DNS, Failover cluster, Hyper-V
Basic knowledge of Routing protocols, Wireless and Cloud (Azure, AWS) technology
Experience on network vulnerability scanning penetration testing
Knowledge of Network Security technology in areas of Firewall, IPS, VPN, Gateway security solutions (proxy, web filtering)
In-depth understanding on Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVE)/ Cert advisory database
Analytical thinker willing to “think outside the box” to resolve customer impacting situations on first contact; understand customer risk profile.
Self-starter and ability to deliver under defined time lines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Candidate should be comfortable for rotational shifts
The candidate should be willing to work on all the IT infrastructure tasks
