  • As a Learning and Development professional, your job is to equip staff as well as our clients with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively
  • You’ll take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
  • You’ll either deliver the training yourself, or develop content for self-learning that can be deployed using LMS systems.
  • You represent your team as well as the organization. It is imperative for all Learning & Development members to be Brand Ambassadors for their team as well as the organization, and create/ promote a sound perspective for both which are aligned with the Vision and the Mission of the organization while being focused on customer centricity.


  • Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.
  • Advocate for the company, our products & Knovos Academy.
  • Be the voice of the customer.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal or external clients in a professional manner, ensuring appropriate follow up on any actions as required.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaire, surveys, feedback and discussions with managers.
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, and regular consultation with business managers as well as human resources department. This is applicable for both our employee training needs and client training needs.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the clients.
  • Obtain and evaluate CX feedback from clients, partners and stakeholders, draft improvement action plans.
  • Devise individual learning plans for Product and Process components.
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research. Participate in devising a training strategy for the product.
  • Develop sound knowhow of the organization’s Human Resources polices and ensure adherence to them always.
  • Proactively seek feedback from your leaders, clients, & other teams and create action plan based on the information.
  • Will need to be product Subject Matter Expert to drive the agenda for content required on Academy/ Knowledge Base/ FAQs
  • Maintaining and producing specified reports (pre and post engagement plans, execution, data), illustrating operational statistics/data etc.
  • Find innovative ways to engage, evaluate, update, modify, enhance Knovos Academy content.

Required Candidate Profile
  • Prior Product and process Training experience, both in a classroom environment, & virtual environment
  • Know-how and experience of creating training programs, delivering training, & analyzing the training program effectiveness, knowledge, & experience with regards to training methodologies
  • Ability to create content for self-paced training programs that can be disseminated using LMS tools, content creation using Instructional Design principles and other content development methodologies
  • Content development & management skills
  • Be able to evaluate the findings based on feedback, current trends of our industry, customer/ stakeholder interactions to identify gaps and propose content topics that can enhance the offerings from Knovos Academy
  • Train The Trainer Certification preferred along with any other certifications related to Learning & Development, Leadership, & Coaching
  • Creating, maintaining, & understanding Learning & Development reports as well as other organizational reports
  • Experience of working with new campaign launches or new project launches preferred
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
  • A strong customer-focused background, problem-solving and negotiation skills
