The job of a UI/UX designer involves creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for mobile & web applications


  • Designing application interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive to use.
  • Conducting user research to identify user needs and preferences.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet project requirements.
  • Conducting user testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
  • Working with product managers and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Continuously improving the mobile application’s user experience by iterating on designs and incorporating user feedback.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images


  • Any IT Savvy graduate
  • Fluency in written & verbal communication
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management & documentation skills
