Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrates an understanding of all EDRM phases.
    • Possess and/or develop excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and assist in updating documentation (e.g. SOP, QC procedures, etc.), provide feedback for improvements.
    • Ensures client tasks are completed on time and accurately managing customer relation and expectations.
    • Adheres to standards of procedures, quality control requirements to ensure quality of client service.
    • Own and escalates errors to senior member and provide suggestions to avoid reoccurrence.
    • Provide clear and detailed questions and comments to ensure deliveries are completed as intended.
    • Applies lessons learned from one project to another and routinely reports to others for the purpose of continuous improvement and eliminating errors.
    • Efficiently complete task/project deliverable that are accurate before releasing for quality control.
    • Works collaboratively with peers across the globe to meet client delivery needs are met.
    • Report issues and bugs immediately to peers and project team and provide recommendations for alternative solutions.
    • Share suggestions or observations to team leads on areas to improve when providing details and instructions of task requirements to limit internal delays perceived by the client as inefficiency.
    • Effectively communicates to peers and project team members of issues, delays, recommended solutions and status updates.
    • Able to comprehend assigned tasks and communicate specific additional details needed to complete requested task.
    • Proofread work product for proper grammar, accurate messaging and requested response before submitting.
    • Meet deadlines and perform activities in a time critical, highly confidential process.
    • Learn and operate highly technical software.
    • Work both independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.
    • Work additional hours as needed.
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
    • Continuous growth, research and development in Electronic Discovery processes.
    • Gain and apply knowledge of current best practices related to E-Discovery and review management.
    • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
    • Coordinate and author release notes and other essential documentation related to new product upgrades or patches.
    • Develop a good functional knowledge on the intricacies of different back-end systems and tools that support the various business applications.

  • Must be strong in Requirements Analysis
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Should be adaptable and able to do multitasking
  • Should be able to comprehend the requirements into System Design
  • Able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to learn, optimize and contribute in enhancing existing applications
  • Good in verbal and written communications.
  • Flexible working in rotational shifts.
