Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical support on all business applications for users of those systems.
- Strong client focus: troubleshooting and follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate strong aptitude and the ability to act as the liaison between the technical resources and clients.
- Provide services to clients and internal team members.
- Provide application/technical support to the clients to ensure effective use of systems and resolves problems reported by users.
- Describe, summarize, and document how work was performed and the final results of such work.
- Manage and communicate all changes for the project to clients as well as peers.
- Meet deadlines and perform activities in a time critical, highly confidential process.
- Learn and operate highly technical software.
- Work both independently and in a team environment.
- Manage multiple tasks.
- Change priorities and be flexible.
- Possess and/or develop excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively gain knowledge about the Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support industry.
- Develop strong product/technology/industry knowledge including working with attorneys.
- Manage customer relation and expectations.
- Show confidence and solid decision making abilities.
- Display professionalism, quality service, and a “can do” attitude to internal associates as well as external clients via e-mail, over the telephone, and in-person.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to go above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction.

- Secondary Responsibilities
- Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
- Based on application experience and client usage of the system, help enhance the testing processes undertaken.
- Continuous growth, research and development in Electronic Discovery processes.
- Gain and apply knowledge of current best practices related to E-Discovery and review management.
- Work directly with clients on their review and/or production needs.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate and author release notes and other essential documentation related to new product upgrades or patches.
- Develop a good functional knowledge on the intricacies of different back-end systems and tools that support the various business applications.
- Help plan and assist upgrades and other project implementations.
