Job Description:

The Senior Solution Specialist is responsible for pre-sale and post-sale activities, building and maintaining the relationship between Knovos and the client, helping to market Knovos’ technology, services, and capabilities to the client, and the planning and penetration of all areas within the client’s organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Assists with pre-sales activities including demonstration organization, creation of supporting documentation etc
  • Helps with post-sales activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, technical and consulting support, and overall account and relationship management
  • Supports the organization of company initiatives such as webinars, trade show preparation, marketing roll outs etc
  • Attends and represents Knovos at industry conferences, webinars, trade shows etc
  • Develops strong understanding of client’s business needs and goals
  • Strategically pursues new opportunities for account growth with existing clients by establishing credibility and aligning Knovos products to unmet customer needs
  • Ensures that products and services are delivered to the client’s satisfaction on time, within scope, and budget
  • Maintains the RFI/RFP Knowledge Repository
  • Assists in preparing proposals, presentations, RFI’s, and RFP’s etc
  • Communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducts periodic quality control audits to ensure that project operations are meeting the Knovos quality standards or the associated Service Level Agreements
  • Actively seeks and tracks client feedback on Knovos technology and services
  • Represents the voice of the client in product, service, and workflow design
  • Achieves and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the full line of software and services provided by Knovos

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning and management of litigation discovery projects, including civil/criminal litigation’s and government investigations (involving the SEC, DOJ, NASD, and state attorneys general).
Project Manager will meet with Clients to discuss project requirements and sets standard for overall quality of client service. They are to provide clear and detailed instructions of tasks to execute and manages the resources, scope and schedule for multiple projects throughout their EDRM life cycle. They ensure the project remains on time and on budget and motivate team members to manage client deliverables. Project Managers also act as a liaison between the project team and upper level management. They prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organizational goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Demonstrates in depth understanding of managing projects throughout the EDRM, eDiscovery market, competitors, clients, and technology focus areas
  • Able to articulate company’s product capabilities and demo and support POCs with leveraging project management experience to create solutions to address client’s needs
  • Understands the Identifies opportunities to recommend alternatives that adds value, save client cost and time. Coordinate in-person or virtual meetings with current clients to discuss project status, potential new opportunities and share additional available applications and solutions
  • Is comfortable, confident and engaging when interacting with clients
  • Sets standard for overall quality of client service
  • Identify potential risk to the company and client relationships and recommends alternative solutions
  • Provide clear and detailed instructions of tasks to be performed
  • Carefully reviews team and own work to ensure that it is thorough, relevant, and free of errors
