Capital Novus Director Kirit Palsana along with India BD Team Ravi Thakor & Harsh Lodhi attended the CPhI’s 5th Annual Pharma IPR conference which happens to be the biggest IP platform for Intellectual Minds that meets and discusses the new facets, key current issues and way forward for the Pharma Industry. The Conference focused on understanding the Patent and Intellectual Property (IP) laws of over 15 countries such as USA, Europe, Brazil, Africa, India, Australia, and Japan amongst others and its implications on the Indian Pharma Industry.

The Conference also covered case study discussions on Pharma and BioPharma Patents and panel discussions by dignitaries on IP strategies for Complex Generics in US and Moving Indian Pharma Industry into Innovation. In this year’s edition, the Conference introduced an exclusive ‘MOOT COURT SESSION’, a simulated courtroom experience wherein Patent Attorneys discussed the litigation issues in detail plus the nuances of actual proceedings to help attendees achieve an in-depth understanding of Legal Challenges in IPR.
