Duke Law Spring 2017

Knovos’ top executives joined other experts and leaders from corporations, law firms and service providers at the Duke Law 2017 Spring Workshop for eDiscovery Best Practices in Raleigh, North Carolina on May 16th to May 18th.

EDRM organized the conference to jump-start the discussion of best practices of Technology Assisted Review (TAR). The organization invited the top legal and technological minds to get their perspective and establish a guide to best practices. Dharmesh Shingala, CEO and Harsh Sutaria, Director of Client Services represented Knovos’ ideology and thought process.

The main workshop objectives centered around defining TAR, discussing use cases, selection of best tools and service providers, and the overall consideration for the implementation of proper TAR processes and protocols. Knovos has a multitude of internal processes, best practices and protocols surrounding the usage of analytics and predictive coding. We are always working with our clients to find the most efficient ways to reduce data sizes and accelerate the review process. This workshop provides an opportunity to share and learn from each other to be able to establish the most efficient and beneficial protocols and practices for the legal community.

We look forward to continue working with the industry leaders and to the next EDRM workshop in September!
